This policy explains what information Listem ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and tools, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain.
Who we are
Listem is an AI tool that helps you write marketplace listings from a photo and a few details. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at ListemHelp@outlook.com.
What we collect
- Account details — your email address and an encrypted password, so you can sign in and save your work.
- Photos you upload — used only to generate your listing. We do not store the original photo; we keep a small thumbnail only with the listings you choose to save.
- Listings you generate and save — the title, description, tags, price information and thumbnail are stored to your account so you can see your history.
- Basic usage — a daily count of generations, used to apply free-plan limits.
How we use it
- To generate your listings and live price estimates.
- To save and show your listing history.
- To apply free-plan limits and, in future, to manage paid subscriptions.
- To keep the service secure and working.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to send marketing without your consent.
Service providers we use
To run Listem we share the minimum necessary data with trusted providers:
- Google (Gemini API) — your photo and details are sent to Google's AI to analyse the item and search public listings for prices. Google processes this under its own terms.
- Supabase — securely stores your account and saved listings.
- Vercel — hosts the website.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and saved listings until you delete them or close your account. You can delete any saved listing at any time from your account dashboard.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under UK/EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email ListemHelp@outlook.com and we'll help.
Cookies
We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your free-plan usage. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
Listem isn't intended for anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the date at the top when we do.
