These terms cover your use of Listem. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What Listem does
Listem uses AI to suggest marketplace listings — titles, descriptions, tags and price estimates — based on the photo and details you provide. The output is a helpful starting point, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every listing before you post or sell anything.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Give accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you spot any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
- Only upload photos and content you have the right to use.
- Don't use Listem for anything illegal, or to create misleading, counterfeit or infringing listings.
- Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape or abuse the service.
Price estimates & AI output
Price ranges are estimates based on public listings found at the time and can change. They are not guarantees of value or sale price. AI can make mistakes, so always check facts (brand, size, condition, price) yourself before publishing.
Plans & payment
The Free plan includes a limited number of listings per day. Paid plans (when available) are billed in advance on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the listings you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to process them and provide the service (for example, sending a photo to our AI provider to generate your listing).
Our content
Listem, its branding, design and software belong to us. You may not copy or resell the service itself.
Availability
We work hard to keep Listem running, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Listem is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on its output (including pricing or sales). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using Listem and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date above when we do; continued use means you accept the update.
